Before filling out the Wiley X Warranty & Repair Form please read through our Wiley X Product Warranty and the important points below.
•  All warranty claims must be handled through the dealer, where you purchased your product
•  Proof of purchase is required on all claims
•  Clear photos of the damage and the eyewear must be included to help us identify the problem and the model
•  LA™ Light Adjusting lenses have an expected lifetime (tint period) of 18 months
•  The one year warranty on prescription jobs is void, if the prescription lenses were made by a non-authorized optician or with other lenses than the by Wiley X EMEA delivered Shamir® lenses
Please bring the Wiley X Warranty & Repair Form including proof of purchase and the product to the dealer, where you purchased your product, to help them handle your claim as quickly and correct as possible.
Once you have handed over your claim to the dealer, you can expect an answer within 2-3 business days. All approved warranty replacement parts will be sent to your dealer for you to collect it. If the claim is not approved under warranty, your dealer will contact you and suggest other repair options.
WILEY X EMEA ONLINE PURCHASE
If you purchased your product directly with Wiley X EMEA LLC, please send the Wiley X Warranty & Repair Form to firstname.lastname@example.org along with proof of purchase and clear photos for us to determine damage and model.
Once you have sent your claim to email@example.com, you can expect an answer within 2-3 business days. All approved warranty replacement parts will be sent directly to you, so please make sure that you supply us with your full address and contact information. If the claim is not approved under warranty, we will suggest other repair options.
