Do you want to make a warranty claim? Simply provide the required details about your product and purchase through this form to register your warranty claim. We will handle your request and respond back to you as quickly as we can to ensure that your products are protected and supported. 

NOTE: Only purchases made directly through Wiley X EMEA LLC (i.e. directly through our website) will be handled. If you have purchased your Wiley X product from one of our dealers, you will have to reach out to that website/shop to make your warranty case.

Damages caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses and frames, surface damage due to interactions with various chemicals or unapproved liquids, as well as general improper use of the product is not covered by our warranty policy.
