• Which delivery method can I choose?

    All packages outside of Denmark are sent with UPS. 

    You can choose between*:

    - UPS Standard

    - UPS Express

    Do you want to know more about when you can expect your order to arrive? You can get more information about delivery times under the questions: "What is the delivery time?" on this page.

    *NB, unfortunately UPS do not offer UPS Standard as a shipping option to all countries. For these countries you will have to choose UPS Express.

  • What is the delivery time?

    At Wiley X EMEA LLC, customer service is a focal point. That is why, we attempt to ship all online orders within 24 hours*, after having received the order in our online ordering system.  

    Your order will usually be shipped the following day after we have received the order.

    The estimated shipping time for each country is as follows:

    - 1 to 3 days for: Denmark, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Sweden, Turkey
    - 3 to 4 days for: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Poland, Vatican City
    - 4 to 5 days for: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain
    - 5 to 6 days for: Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia
    - 7 to 8 days for: Andorra, Faroe Islands, Greenland, San Marino, Kazakhstan

    The estimated shipping times indicated above are issued by the shipping companies that Wiley X EMEA LLC are currently using. Wiley X EMEA LLC cannot be held liable for any delays that the shipping may or could be exposed to.

    *Wiley X only process orders within normal business hours. That is why the order will not be processed during weekends and holidays.

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    We offer free delivery for all orders over €99. 

    If you place an order with a value below €99, you will be charged a shipping fee. 
    This shipping fee is calculated on the basis of the weigth of the package and the country you need it send to.

  • Can I track my order?


    As soon as the package leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail, containing a track and trace number from UPS (or GLS if shipped to an address in Denmark). With this, we and you can both track the movement of your package from our doorstep to yours.

    Be aware that 12 hours can pass before the track and trace number is activated by the shipping company.

  • What is my Track and Trace number?

    With your tack and trace number you can track the movement of your package. You will find your track and trace number on the right side of your invoice.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    Unfortunately not.

    When you have placed the order we are not able to perform any changes, as this is an automated flow.


    When you add an item to your basket, you can always type in your address and then the system will tell if we can deliver to your country. We deliver to quite a lot of countries in Europe. You can find a list of which countries and how long the shipping is for each country on this page under the question "What is the delivery time?. If you have any questions regarding shipping to a specific country, please write an e-mail to: warehouse@wileyx.eu.

  • Has my order been shipped?

    As soon as UPS/GLS has picked up your package from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from them. Otherwise, you can use the track and trace number from your invoice, and check how far your package is from you.


    Unfortunately, this is not possible, as our system cannot ship to a different country than the one you are staying in. 

  • Can I pay with PayPal?

    No, unfortunately this is not possible.

  • Do I have to pay customs and import fees?

    No, all customs and import charges are included in the price of the order.

  • Is my package covered by transport insurance?

    All shipping fees are included transport insurance in accordance with the shipping companies’ insurance rules.

  • My order have been damaged during shipping, what do I do?

    If the goods have been damaged during transit, immediately contact the shipping company, and report the damage.


    Yes, a signature is required at delivery. If you are not able to sign for your package, you can either get someone else to sign at your address, or have the package delivered at an address where there will be someone who can sign for you. You can also see if the shipping company offers the opportunity to sign a power of attorney by which you allow the package to be delivered without a signature. Check what can be done with the shipping company. 

    If no agreement has been made, UPS/GLS will make three attempts to deliver your package. After three tries UPS/GLS will return your package to Wiley X EMEA LLC.
